J0hn by OCHO LLC

Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026

J0hn is an OCHO LLC tool for private business reporting and project work. Its use is limited to authorized operators and authorized accounts.

Authorized use

Use J0hn only for business work OCHO has authorized and only with accounts, reports and client data you have permission to access and process. Do not connect another person’s account or provide client information without the necessary authority.

Keep private workspace access and connection credentials under the control of authorized operators. Access to this public website does not grant access to the private tool or permission to use another organization’s data.

Amazon and Google requirements

These terms do not expand permissions granted by Amazon, Google or a client. Applicable platform agreements, authorized uses and data protection requirements remain binding. Do not use emailed exports, shared credentials, automation or another access route to bypass platform restrictions. Amazon access must use the applicable approved authorization or secondary-user process.

Do not sell or repurpose Amazon information, combine client data for shared benchmarks, use buyer information for marketing or review manipulation, or use Amazon materials to develop or improve machine-learning models. Provider disclosures, any required approvals and contractual restrictions must be satisfied before information is shared. Required deletion takes priority over keeping report history.

If automated agents interact with Amazon services, they must meet Amazon’s applicable Agent Policy, identify themselves as required, and stop when Amazon restricts or prohibits their access. Human approval does not authorize a prohibited action.

Reports and human review

Reports may be incomplete, delayed or revised by their source. Check the source, reporting period and relevant definitions before relying on a result. Historical records help compare changes but do not establish that every source value is final or correct. Calculated measures and any AI-generated analysis must be identified, with source dates and material limitations. AI output can be wrong and requires human review.

An authorized person must review proposed business changes before they are carried out. Connecting Gmail does not authorize sending messages. Email composition, sending and other actions require specific operator instructions.

Availability and outcomes

J0hn’s available features may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. OCHO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free processing or a particular business result. Operators remain responsible for reviewing the information used in business decisions.

Data and connections

The Privacy Policy describes how connection information, report files and related records are handled. You can revoke a Google connection through Google Account connections. Revocation and requests to delete previously retained records are separate actions.

Independent tool

J0hn is operated by OCHO LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or Google. References to their products describe the systems used in the authorized workflow.
